🍽️ Big news from Cooking Resilience!

We're proud to announce the launch of the Alliance for Excellence in Culinary VET — a new public-private network connecting culinary professionals, VET institutions, teachers, and employment centres across Ukraine and Europe!

Coordinated by ECTE (Greece), the Alliance will work together to:
✅ Update culinary training programmes to match real market needs
✅ Define what makes an excellent culinary VET teacher or trainer
✅ Build partnerships for apprenticeships and employment opportunities

Our teams are now actively reaching out to stakeholders — chefs, training centres, businesses, and educators — to grow this network and shape the future of culinary education in Ukraine.

What happens when social enterprises, policymakers, local authorities, and rural innovators sit at the same table?

You get rEdESIGN in Crete.

Over two intense days, we explored local good practices, exchanged experiences across countries, and turned field knowledge into concrete policy recommendations.

From wineries and social enterprises to regional policy discussions, the meeting showed one thing clearly:

👉 Rural resilience is not built in offices. It’s built in communities.

The rEdESIGN journey is proving that social economy can be a driving force for sustainability, inclusion, and local growth.

And this is just the beginning of what these partnerships can unlock.

📢 SEBCoVE TPM3 Successfully Completed in San Sebastián!

Partners from across Europe met for two productive days focused on the next implementation phase of the SEBCoVE project — Smart Electricity for Buildings Centres of Vocational Excellence.

The discussions focused on:
✅ Training implementation
✅ Digital learning tools and LMS readiness
✅ International mobility
✅ Certification and micro-credentials
✅ Skills ecosystems and stakeholder engagement
✅ Quality assurance and project sustainability

The consortium is now preparing pilot activities and strengthening cooperation between education providers, industry, research institutions, and regional stakeholders.

🌍 Successful e-RES Transnational Meeting in Rethymno, Crete! 🇬🇷

On 16–17 April, partners of the e-RES project gathered in Rethymno for a productive two-day meeting hosted by the European Centre in Training for Employment.

During the meeting, we:
✅ Reviewed overall project progress and coordination
✅ Validated key outputs of the Gamification & Entrepreneurship Module
✅ Advanced development of Work-Based Learning (WBL) & ECVET materials
✅ Strengthened alignment across all work packages
✅ Planned the upcoming pilot workshops across partner countries

The consortium also agreed on clear timelines leading to implementation and emphasized the importance of dissemination to maximize impact.

📅 Next step: Pilot workshops launching by June 2026!

A big thank you to all partners for their active participation and commitment to enhancing professional know-how in VET through innovative tools.
