Global Inspiration Conference The Global Inspiration Conference (GIC) takes place every year in a different country. GIC 2023 in Kenya from 23rd till 30th of July.

The Global Inspiration Conference (GIC) is a unique annual event organised by the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF); the worldwide network organisation for Breathwork practitioners and those interested in the healing power of conscious Breathing. Under the guardianship of the IBF the GIC is being held in a different country each year. For 2023 it’s the first time that Kenya has the pleasur

e of hosting this inspirational conscious breathing congress. The GIC is a unique annual event held by the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF); a worldwide networking organisation for Breathworkers and for those interested in the healing power of Breath. This conference is a rich and rewarding experience that fuels your enthusiasm for living more fully, creatively and confidently. There is something magical about spending seven days in the company of people who are excited about growing, learning and developing deeper awareness. Participants repeatedly express amazement at how much of this can happen during one week at GIC. This event gathers together well known worldwide keynote speakers and teachers whom present a rich and diverse range of workshops and lectures each day. In addition to learning from these sessions, we dance, breathe, hug and share honestly. The environment fosters great respect for each individual, providing a safe place to express our deepest thoughts and feelings about ourselves, each other and the world. This conference is a celebration of life, and gathers a diverse group of people: young and old, academic and creative, professionals and beginners from all parts of the world. The resulting environment promotes healing of divisions, deepening of understanding and growing togetherness. We welcome anyone who feels inspired to participate in this gathering, regardless of where you are on your personal development journey or the extent of your experience in conscious breathing.

✨ Meet Konstantinos Fytopoulos — one of the presenters at GIC 2026 in Rhodes!

For Konstantinos, healing is not simply about relieving symptoms. It is about remembering the wholeness that has always been within us.

With more than four decades of experience at the intersection of psychiatry, psychotherapy, breathwork and ancient wisdom traditions, Konstantinos brings a deeply integrative perspective.

At GIC 2026, he will guide participants through an experiential journey rooted in Holotropic Breathwork®️ and enriched by heart-centred breathing, embodied awareness and creative integration.

Meet Marga Frida, joining us in Rhodes and representing the Hellenic Breathwork Union (HBU).

Marga’s work is rooted in personal growth, self-awareness and the belief that we can meet ourselves with more acceptance, empathy and kindness. She invites people to explore a more authentic connection with themselves and their lives through Breathwork, Mindfulness, NLP and other transformative practices.

At GIC, she brings a playful invitation:
What if you could simply play, have fun and enjoy the moment — while also discovering more about yourself? ✨

Through playful self-awareness, NLP and Breathwork, you may discover new perspectives, recognise habits that no longer serve you, and explore what you would like to change or welcome into your life.
And through the breath, you will be invited to gently let go of what no longer serves you and make space for whatever may support a more fulfilling and authentic experience of life.

Through a sociocratic model, HBU promotes conscious breathing as a tool for self-healing, personal growth and connection, while working to develop Breathwork in Greece through education, ethical standards, research and public events.
