In 2002 the concept of Kytheraismos was unveiled in Athens by Professor Elias Marsellos. The aim was to establish a forum to promote interaction between people of Kytherian descent and philo-Kytherians in Greece and the diaspora. Since 2004 successful symposiums have been held in Kythera, Athens and Canberra. In 2014 Kytheraismos returns to Australia and t

his time in Sydney. Speakers from Australia, Greece and USA will deliver presentations around the theme:
‘The Kytherians of the World; the world of the Kytherians’. The Symposium runs from Friday 7th November to Sunday 9th November. All talks will be held in St Spyridon Church Hall in Kingsford. A dinner dance will be held on Saturday night. The Kytheraismos Symposium is being organised by Kytherian Association of Sydney. It is grateful for the generous sponsorship and support from:
