ARTICLE 2: Objects

The objects of this organization are:

1. To develop bonds of friendship, co-operation and solidarity among women resident permanently or temporarily in Greece, whether foreign or Greek by nationality or citizenship; to enhance the intellectual culture of its members and increase their general
and specific knowledge; to promote international understanding

and communication; to improve awareness of Greek society and culture and the cultures of other peoples; and

2. To offer, free of any consideration whatsoever, moral and material aid to people or
groups of people resident permanently or temporarily in Greece and having a
demonstrable need, or to non-political and non-profit-making organizations,
associations, institutions, or other artificial persons pursuing philanthropic, educational
or social welfare purposes, which are registered in Greece and which are in immediate
need of help for the achievement of their objects.
