UNPLUG TO RECONNECT
We just closed our Erasmus+ Youth Exchange in Sorgun, Yozgat, where 30 young people from different European countries spent seven days learning, laughing, and looking after each other

💡 The idea behind it?
Phones down, minds open. Away from constant scrolling and everyday pressure, participants found space to slow down and speak honestly about mental health, free of judgment.
🎯 What the week focused on:
Opening up conversations around mental health and chipping away at the stigma.
Discovering how screens vs. the outdoors affect how we feel.
Practicing real tools for resilience and supporting one another.
Building bridges between cultures and countries
Wrapping it all up with a Youthpass certificate.
Between digital detox moments, time outdoors, peer-support sessions, creative activities, and intercultural evenings, everyone leaves with something to take home, including their own personal plan for well-being 🌱
Huge thanks to every participant and partner organisation who made this week so meaningful. New friendships were made and ideas were sparked! 💫
