Η Λέσβος της αυθεντικότητας και της φιλοξενίας μέσα από τη ματιά 10 διεθνών φωτογράφων! 📸✨

Από τις 7 έως τις 14 Ιουνίου, ο χώρος του Visit Agiasos μεταμορφώνεται σε ένα ζωντανό παράθυρο διεθνούς καλλιτεχνικής δημιουργίας, φιλοξενώντας μια ξεχωριστή ψηφιακή έκθεση φωτογραφίας. Η έκθεση συγκεντρώνει οπτικές ιστορίες διεθνών δημιουργών που αποτυπώνουν το τοπίο, την ταυτότητα, τη μνήμη και την καθημερινότητα του νησιού μέσα από διαφορετικές καλλιτεχνικές ματιές.
Οι υπέροχες αυτές εικόνες γεννήθηκαν τον περασμένο Απρίλιο στο πλαίσιο του διεθνούς workshop οπτικής αφήγησης "From Image to Meaning" που φιλοξενήθηκε στον Πολιχνίτο. Ένα σπουδαίο εγχείρημα που συντόνισαν ο σκηνοθέτης και φωτογράφος Ilir Tsouko, ο Dario Vereb (Chief Photo Editor της μεγαλύτερης ελβετικής εφημερίδας NZZ Neue Zürcher Zeitung) και η Γαλλίδα φωτογράφος Clélia Odette, φέρνοντας στο νησί μας 10 δημιουργούς από διαφορετικές γωνιές του πλανήτη.
Αυτό που ξεκίνησε ως ένα καλλιτεχνικό εργαστήριο, μετατράπηκε γρήγορα σε μια βαθιά ανθρώπινη εμπειρία, σε μια γιορτή αυθεντικότητας όπου οι άνθρωποι της Λέσβου άνοιξαν τις πόρτες και την καρδιά τους. Μετά την τεράστια επιτυχία και τη συγκινητική προσέλευση του κοινού στον Πολιχνίτο, με μεγάλη χαρά φέρνουμε αυτό το μοναδικό φωτογραφικό υλικό και στο δικό μας χωριό.
Σας περιμένουμε στον χώρο του Visit Agiasos για να τιμήσουμε αυτή τη συλλογική προσπάθεια και να ταξιδέψουμε μαζί μέσα από τον φακό των δημιουργών!

Lesvos through the eyes of 10 international photographers! 📸✨
From June 7th to June 14th, the Visit Agiasos space transforms into a vibrant window of international artistic creation, hosting a special digital photography exhibition. The exhibition brings together visual stories by international creators, capturing landscape, identity, memory, and the island's everyday life through diverse artistic perspectives.
These stunning images were captured last April during the international visual storytelling workshop "From Image to Meaning" which was hosted in Polichnitos. This major cultural initiative was led by filmmaker and photographer Ilir Tsouko, Dario Vereb (Chief Photo Editor of Switzerland’s leading newspaper NZZ Neue Zürcher Zeitung), and French photographer Clélia Odette, bringing 10 creators from different corners of the world to our island.
What began as an artistic workshop quickly evolved into a profound human experience; a celebration of authenticity where Agiasos and the people of Lesvos opened their homes and hearts. Following the project's immense success and heartwarming reception in Polichnitos, we are thrilled to bring this exceptional photographic material to our village.
