Did you know that the word “text” and “textile” come from the same Latin word texere, which means “to weave”?

Just like threads are woven together to create fabric, stories and ideas are woven together to create meaning.

🧵 Μια Διασκεδαστική πληροφορία για την ύφανση!

Γνωρίζατε ότι οι λέξεις “text” (κείμενο) και “textile” (ύφασμα) προέρχονται από την ίδια λατινική λέξη texere, που σημαίνει «υφαίνω»;

Όπως οι κλωστές ενώνονται για να δημιουργήσουν ένα ύφασμα, έτσι και οι ιστορίες και οι ιδέες «υφαίνονται» μαζί για να δημιουργήσουν νόημα.
