📍 Kick-off Meeting in Łódź, Poland
On 23–24 March, our project "Y-CHANGE – Youth for Climate Action with Gender Equality" officially kicked off in Łódź, Poland, bringing together partners from Poland, Turkey, Greece, Denmark, and Hungary.
Over the two days, partners worked closely to shape the direction of the project, focusing on how the Work Packages will be structured and organised, as well as going through key management and financial points to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Each organisation introduced its role and shared its experience, helping to build a clear picture of how we will deliver activities around training, digital tools, capacity building, and engaging stakeholders.
SISERA presented the initial concept for the Training Curriculum (WP2) and WP3 – Youth-Led Climate & Gender Labs, with an emphasis on supporting youth workers and young people through practical learning, active participation, and hands-on initiatives such as labs, hackathons, and community actions.
We are truly excited to be part of this collaboration and to contribute to a project that connects climate action with gender equality. We’re looking forward to the next steps and to working closely with such a committed and inspiring group of partners.
