IT'S BACK TO SCHOOL SEASON ! 🎒

It comes as no surprise that getting ready for a new school year can be expensive.

Backpacks, notebooks, pens, pencil cases, and other classroom essentials quickly add up. For families already living on very limited budgets, those costs can be much harder to absorb.

This September, we’re raising €400 to provide children in Kavala with the basic school supplies they need to start the year prepared and with dignity.✏️📚

Every donation will go directly towards purchasing Back to School supplies.

This week, we celebrated another birthday at the Community Centre. 🎂🎈

When we can, we try to organise small birthday parties for children living in the camp, with a homemade cake, decorations, friends, music and a little time to celebrate together.

Because simple moments of joy matter, and every child deserves to feel celebrated. 💜

🎉 10 years of support from the International School of Stavanger ! 🇳🇴💛

Since 2016, the International School of Stavanger has stood alongside Northern Lights Aid, raising funds, spreading awareness, and bringing our work into their school community.

Long-term support like this means so much to a small organisation like NLA. It gives us stability, helps us continue essential programmes, and reminds us that our community extends far beyond Kavala.

To everyone at ISS, past and present: thank you for being part of NLA’s story for the last decade.

Here’s to 10 years of solidarity, generosity and support. 💛
