TED is a nonprofit organization devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading, often in the form of short talks delivered by leading thinkers and doers. Many of these talks are given at TED Conferences, intimate TED Salons and thousands of independently organised TEDx events around the world. Videos of these talks are made available, free, on TED.com and other platforms. Audio versions of TED Talks are published to TED Talks Daily, available on all podcast platforms. TED's open and free initiatives for spreading ideas include TED.com, where new TED Talk videos are posted daily; TEDx, which licenses thousands of individuals and groups to host local, self-organized TED-style events around the world; the TED Fellows program, which selects innovators from around the globe to amplify the impact of their remarkable projects and activities; The Audacious Project, which surfaces and funds critical ideas that have the potential to impact millions of lives; TED Translators Program, which crowdsources the subtitling of TED Talks so that big ideas can spread across languages and borders; and the educational initiative TED-Ed. TED also offers TED@Work a program that reimagines TED Talks for workplace learning. Το πρώτο TEDxIonianUniversity διοργανώθηκε το Μάιο του 2019 στην Κέρκυρα από μια ομάδα φοιτητών που ήθελαν να μοιραστούν ιδέες, εμπειρίες και απόψεις με όλο το νησί, την Ελλάδα και τον κόσμο. Φέτος, η ομάδα εμπλουτίστηκε με νέα μέλη, που εργάζονται σκληρά, έχοντας όλοι ένα κοινό όραμα: να εμπνευστούν και να εμπνεύσουν.
⭐ The first TEDxIonianUniversity event was organized in May 2019 in Corfu, by a group of students who believed that this island had unique voice to share with the world! Every year the team may change but the vision remains the same: inspire and share great ideas.

📅 Can time be something beyond minutes, hours, days, months, and years?
⏳️ Can it be measured in any other way?
⏰️ Can time be timeless?
✔️ Yes, it can. If it is measured in moments, in choices, in dreams waiting to be fulfilled, and most of all, if it is measured in personal change and in the courage to take unfamiliar paths.
🖼 Time is also timeless when it is preserved in space. In the space of museums. In museums, time loses its linearity. It becomes past, present, and future, all at once. 🎨
🚶♂️ So let's think about time as a path. And let us walk from where each of us wants to go and to where each of us wants to reach...

🎻🩰 Το Performance Badanza γεννήθηκε στο TEDx IonianUniversity συνδυάζοντας την κλασική μουσική με το μπαλέτο.
🎼 Η Ionian Camerata, ιδρύθηκε το 2012 στην #Κέρκυρα από τον καθηγητή βιολιού Σπύρο Γκικόντη και υπό τη διεύθυνση του, αναδεικνύει έργα από το Μπαρόκ έως τις μέρες μας.
🎵 Το σύνολο αποτελείται από διαφορετικούς κάθε φορά φοιτητές της κατεύθυνσης των εγχόρδων του Τμήματος Μουσικών Σπουδών του Ιονίου Πανεπιστημίου και έχει αναπτύξει έντονη δραστηριότητα τόσο εντός όσο και εκτός Ελλάδας.
