Dear Parents and Guardians,
We regret to inform you that the Philippine School in Greece (PSG) will not be operating during the 2026–2027 school year.
This decision has been made due to the unavailability of our current school premises. The owner of the building has sold the property to another organisation, and consequently, we have been required to vacate the premises.
Following this development, the School Management made every effort to secure a suitable alternative location. We carefully considered three different buildings, (Ambelokipi area, Thrakomakedones area and Serron 9-11, Korydalos) but unfortunately, none of them met the necessary requirements in terms of safety, suitability, and the well-being of our school children. As the safety of our students remains our highest priority, we could not proceed with any of these options.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, disappointment, and short notice this situation may cause to our students and their families. We fully understand the difficulties this decision may create, and we deeply appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.
Please be assured that the School Management is continuing to actively search for a suitable and safe school building. We remain hopeful that we will secure an appropriate premises towards the end of this school year, allowing us to make plans for the reopening of PSG.
We will keep all our parents and guardians fully informed of any new developments and will communicate with you as soon as there is meaningful progress.
Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support of the Philippine School in Greece. We sincerely hope to welcome our students back to school as soon as a safe and suitable premises becomes available.
