“Green-Project” is a non-profit organisation, which was founded in 2008 stemming from the voluntary initiative of active citizens, scientists and artists for the actualization of “green photographic expeditions”, whose aim is the awakening of social consciousness through environmental photography. en Project in Asia 2008: Athens to Beijing from the silk roads to the energy routes”, "Green Project in Africa 2010: Athens to Cape Town from the waterways to the energy routes” and "Green project in Europe 2012: Athens - North Cape, along the European north - south energy axis". The GP road trips are carried out under the auspices of the Hellenic National Commission for UNESCO.
