Very special weekend in Locarno, Switzerland🥰 A Masterclass with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, celebrating Swami Jyothirmayah birthday and a very special opportunity to enjoy an introduction to Lemurian Yoga with a truly exceptional teacher, Darshak Hathi. Add to that a most enjoyable reunion with the Art of Living family. So many fabulous familiar faces. And a big thank you to the Organisers for a job really well done.

We’ll have online Sunday Κριυα at 10am this week and then we’ll take a break for a couple of weeks. News from AOL is that Gurudev is sharing a Masterclass in Switzerland in September and the new and extremely interesting practice of Lemurian Yoga is being taught across Europe during August and September. If you’re interested do get in touch.

This is very interesting. An ancient yoga technique practiced by some few yogis in Soother India is being revived and is so gentle and effective. Keep an eye out for this Lemurria technique which involves yoga, breathing and meditation.
