🎬 It was a unique evening “Between Here and Home”!
On 30 September, at the Caritas Hellas Social Centre in Neos Kosmos, we hosted a special evening of short film screenings exploring experiences of Displacement, Memory and what it means to Belong.
The open event brought together people with refugee backgrounds, local residents, and representatives of civil society and the arts. Together, they created a warm and welcoming space, shaping a remarkable human geography of togetherness.
Through the films, human stories unfolded between places left behind and the new realities people are building in the city. The engaging discussion between the filmmakers and the audience that followed the screening highlighted our living, ever-negotiated relationship with urban space, where memories and the ways we relate to one another play a defining role.
🙏 We would like to warmly thank everyone who joined us and contributed to making this special evening possible.
