In January, 174 children under the age of 12 received support through 💛

At , our point system is designed around the nutritional needs of each household, taking into account family size and age distribution. As nutritional and energy needs differ by age, children up to 12 years old are calculated with child portions, while individuals aged 12 and above are calculated with adult portions, ensuring a fair and balanced distribution of food — always with care, dignity, and choice.

Τον Ιανουάριο, 174 παιδιά κάτω των 12 ετών βρήκαν στήριξη στο 💛

Στο , υπολογίζουμε τους πόντους με βάση τις διατροφικές ανάγκες κάθε οικογένειας, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το μέγεθος και τις ηλικίες των μελών της. Καθώς οι ανάγκες σε ενέργεια και ποσότητα διαφέρουν ανά ηλικία, τα παιδιά έως 12 ετών υπολογίζονται με παιδικές μερίδες, ενώ τα άτομα άνω των 12 ετών με μερίδες ενήλικα, ώστε να διασφαλίζεται μια δίκαιη και ισορροπημένη κατανομή τροφίμων — πάντα με φροντίδα, σεβασμό και επιλογή.

🍚 Rice is a staple, nutritious food that provides energy and forms the basis of many meals.

At , people living below the poverty line can access it free of charge during their monthly visits.

In December alone, 80kg of rice were selected from fayi’s shelves, made possible through the monthly contribution of CRR.

Together, we ensure dignity and access to essential goods. 🤍

🍚 Το ρύζι είναι μια βασική, θρεπτική τροφή που προσφέρει ενέργεια και μπορεί να αποτελέσει τη βάση για πολλά γεύματα.

Στο , άνθρωποι που ζουν κάτω από το όριο της φτώχειας μπορούν να το προμηθευτούν δωρεάν στις μηνιαίες επισκέψεις τους.

Μόνο τον Δεκέμβριο, 80kg ρύζι από τα ράφια του fayi βρήκαν τον δρόμο τους σε σπίτια και οικογένειες, χάρη στη σταθερή μηνιαία προσφορά της CRR.

Μαζί, εξασφαλίζουμε αξιοπρέπεια και πρόσβαση σε βασικά αγαθά. 🤍

• 300 kg of sugar
• 250 kg of rice
• 200 canned sardines
• 100 canned spaghetti
• 400 canned corn
• 300 kg of salt
• 250 L of laundry detergent

🩸 Access to menstrual products is more than convenience—it’s a basic human right. Many women struggle to afford pads and tampons, and this shouldn’t stop anyone from managing their period with dignity.

At , we ensure that period products are always point-free, giving every woman the ability to take 2 packs per month beyond her grocery points. Because no one should have to choose between essentials and basic hygiene.

🩸 Η πρόσβαση σε προϊόντα εμμηνόρροιας δεν είναι απλώς θέμα άνεσης—είναι βασικό ανθρώπινο δικαίωμα. Πολλές γυναίκες δυσκολεύονται να αγοράσουν σερβιέτες και ταμπόν, και αυτό δεν θα έπρεπε να εμποδίζει καμία από το να διαχειρίζεται την περίοδό της με αξιοπρέπεια.

Three pallets of food, educational materials, hygiene products, and sleeping bags from Italy are now on the shelves of FAYI in Metaxourgeio, ready for 500 people, leaving bellow the poverty line, to choose what best fits their own needs. 💛

Along with basic essentials such as rice, pasta, milk, eggs, canned tuna and sardines, sugar, and many other items — as well as hygiene products for the body, the baby, and the home — every month the people who receive their groceries from FAYI also have access to potatoes.

🥔🌱 Thanks to CRR, 300 kg of potatoes are provided monthly to 500 people living below the poverty line.
