💕 Connecting with purpose and heart!

We sewed, stuffed, stitched, packaged, and laughed while creating comfort for women battling breast cancer. The AWOGreece Heart Pillow Project is much more than a volunteer initiative. It is women coming together in solidarity to support other women on their healing journey.

A heartfelt thank you to Diane Sotiropoulos for her warm hospitality and treats, and to all the wonderful ladies, both present and behind the scenes for their energy, dedication and teamwork.

Together, we continue a longtime tradition of women supporting women, one stitch at a time. 💗

Frida Kahlo’s story of resilience, creativity, and self-expression sparked thoughtful conversations on the strength of women through art, culture, and shared experience.

🌸 Happy May!

🍃 Yesterday felt like a gentle pause from the pace of everyday life immersed in history and nature. We began the day walking through organic vineyards and visiting the stables under the spring sun, and continued to the Tower of Queen Amalia, an elegant landmark where architecture and landscape come together.

🍷 The day ended with wine tasting bringing everyone together with smiles, stories, and new connections, reminding us that it’s not just where you go, but who you share it with.

💛 A heartfelt thank you to our Activities Director, Angela Emsen-Danielidou, for curating such a thoughtful and beautifully paced experience.

Our Health Seminar “The Art of Longevity” co-organized with the 5th Department of Plastic Surgery of the Errikos Dunant Hospital Center, invited us to rethink aging, not just as time passing, but as a conscious journey toward healthier, longer, and more balanced living.

We are deeply grateful to all the distinguished doctors who generously shared their time, knowledge, and unique perspectives from their respective fields, and who supported this initiative with a strong sense of shared purpose in bringing knowledge closer to the community.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Evelyn Betsi Plastic Surgery for organizing, to Errikos Dunant Hospital Center for hosting us, and to everyone who attended and contributed to the success of this event.

More than a seminar, yesterday was a reminder that purpose, connection, and community are powerful pillars of longevity, what AWOGreece reflects at its core.
