We are excited to invite you to the 6th Women in Geomorphology, an online workshop inspired by International Women’s Day and International Geomorphology Week.

Αυτή είναι η νέα σύνθεση του ΔΣ της Διεθνούς Ένωσης Γεωμορφολόγων. Είναι ιδιαίτερη τιμή για την επιτροπή το γεγονός ότι ένας Έλληνας καταλαμβάνει μια τόσο σημαντική θέση σε διεθνές επίπεδο. Ο Ευθύμιος Καρύμπαλης κατέλαβε την πρώτη θέση σε ψήφους, ισοψηφώντας με τον Ιάπωνα συνυποψήφιό του. Τον συγχαίρουμε θερμά και του ευχόμαστε καλή θητεία στα νέα του καθήκοντα!

This is the new composition of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Geomorphologists. It is a great honor for the Hellenic Committee for Geomorphology and Environment that a Greek holds such an important position at the international level. Efthimios Karymbalis received the highest number of votes, tying with his Japanese co-candidate. We congratulate him and wish him a successful term in his new duties.
