At Bally’s Intralot we believe that great leadership starts with curiosity, collaboration, and the willingness to explore new perspectives.

As part of our ongoing commitment to developing our people and strengthening leadership capabilities, our managers participated in the Practical Leadership Development Program with LEGO® Serious Play®, delivered in collaboration with Great Place to Work Hellas.

Through an engaging, hands-on experience, participants used the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology to build ideas, share stories, and reflect on real business challenges. The workshop created a space where every voice was heard, encouraging:

What a great event to be part of! We were delighted to attend the Sports Betting Seminar in Istanbul organized by World Lottery Association (WLA) and The European Lotteries. Richard Wagstaff, VP Product, and Chris Benstead, Director of Product, led an engaging discussion around a question we hear constantly:
🤔 With 71% of Europe’s online betting GGR going to the unregulated market in 2024 (Yield Sec), what is the regulated sector going to do about it?
👉 “Players don’t think in terms of regulated vs unregulated. They go where the product feels best based on product, pricing, speed, and rewards. If we want to keep them, we need to build something worth staying for. The regulated market can be the best choice if we build it that way. That means: making the player experience frictionless, elevating the sports betting experience, leveraging the strengths of our broader ecosystem, and embedding responsible gaming into every moment of the journey.”
