CFA Society Greece is a non-profit organization, the official member of CFA Institute in Greece, with a focus on the CFA Program, and activities related to finance and the investment industry. The global financial industry can be an extraordinary force for good, helping to solve problems, ensure the well-being of nations, and achieve the goals of society. But there is much work to be done to shape
a more trustworthy, forward-thinking financial industry for future generations. We all have a role to play in the future of finance. At CFA Institute, we believe shaping fair and effective financial markets starts with training investment professionals to the highest educational and professional standards. But we also know that markets only function at their best when all market participants are well informed and engaged. That’s why CFA Institute and our global community of members, local societies, and regulatory, academic, and institutional partners are working to build a stronger, more accountable investment industry on many fronts. In addition to developing and offering the globally respected CFA and CIPM credentials and the Claritas Investment Certificate, we develop and promote professional standards like the Asset Manager Code of Professional Conduct and the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) that help guide individuals and firms around the world to act with competence and integrity and help to shape a stronger, more accountable investment industry.
