If you’ve ever wondered what our Movement Sessions are like, you can come give all of them a go on September 19th.

We’re opening our doors for a series of 30-minute taster sessions led by our instructors. Try one or a few, and stay for the afternoon with a resident selector behind the decks, keeping you hydrated and a little something to take home.
