The final conference and 4th transnational project meeting of the ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME TRUST - Trauma-sensitive Working Model for Marginalised Youth was held in Athens Greece 12 - 13.11.2024 and hosted by Freedom Gate Greece.
On the12th of November, the final conference JOURNEY OF HOPE & HEALING: Results of a 2-year project on Youth Trauma Recovery took place and it was hosted by Deree - The American College of Greece in Agia Paraskevi Athens.
Evangelia Karagiannopoulou from the University of Ioannina chaired the conference and Kimmo Kumlander, the executive director of the coordinating partner Silta- Valmennusyhdistys, opened the conference and welcomed all participants.
In continuation, representatives from each partner were given the floor and they gave their speeches of what they experienced throughout their journeys of hope and healing within the TRUST project’s implementation.
On the 13th of November, the 4th and final Transnational Project Meeting took place at the artspace Fabrica which is situated in Keramikos, in the centre of Athens. In the meeting we went through the pending tasks and set their deadlines. Wrapping up the meeting, we shared ideas for a further project proposal as several needs had aroused during the implementation of the TRUST project.

ERASMUS+ TRUST PROJECT TRAINING MODULE 3
The 3rd and last Training Module of the TRUST project was held online 17 and 18.6.2024 with participants from all partner organisations.
Once the pilot projects (included in WP3) in each partner country had been carried out between December 2023 - May 2024, this dialogic and reflective training module was organised according to the project’s timetable.
The group facilitators from each partner shared their own experiences and presented their pilot projects in detail. We had discussions concerning obstacles and challenges while running the pilots and it became clear that further actions are needed and therefore we started to plan a new Erasmus+ project proposal in order to tackle the issues which occurred in this project.

On the 3rd of June, the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting took place via zoom. All partners shared their experiences regarding the implementation of the pilots. We had the chance to discuss about the challenges that each of us faced in each country and discuss future recommendations.
