Our goal is to educate and train Chefs, F&B Managers and Restaurateurs in adopting sustainable cooking methods, willing to fight food waste and helping them transform to ethical and responsible entrepreneurs. We visualize a sustainable culinary industry, valuable part of the Greek Sustainable Tourism.
