♻️ From Waste to Worth: Final Project Meeting in Spain
The final meeting of the From Waste to Worth project took place in Sarón, Cantabria, Spain, bringing together the partners to review the activities implemented, discuss the results achieved and reflect on the overall impact of the project.
Startup Greece was represented by Kyriakos Germanakos and Manolis Kontaxakis, who contributed to the discussions on circular economy education, youth engagement, dissemination activities and the long-term use of the project’s outcomes.
The meeting was also an important opportunity to exchange experiences, reflect on the collaboration developed throughout the project and explore how the knowledge, tools and good practices created can continue supporting young people and organisations beyond the project’s completion.
We thank all partners for their valuable cooperation and commitment throughout this journey!

Over the past weeks, Startup Greece hosted a series of activities under the From Waste to Worth project, with 4 workshops, a startup pitch session, and a round table discussion.
Together, we discussed what circular economy really means, why sustainability needs proof, how to avoid greenwashing, and how young people, NGOs, and startups can contribute to the green transition.
Thank you to our speakers, startups, partners, and participants for being part of this journey. The conversation does not stop here. 🌱

Last Friday, 22 May, Startup Greece hosted the From Waste to Worth workshops, bringing together startups and innovators working on circular economy, sustainability and green transition solutions. ♻

A big thank you to the participating teams Wasty, Elysium Energy, Mystery Pot, Solmeyea and PHEE for sharing their ideas, experience and practical approaches to turning waste into value. 🚀

Through the Startup Edition workshop and the roundtable discussion, we explored how circular economy can become a real opportunity for startup development, sustainable innovation and positive environmental impact. 🌍

Let’s keep building solutions that transform today’s challenges into tomorrow’s opportunities. 🌱
