🌈 Be an Active Bystander: Your Voice Matters! 🌈

Creating an inclusive university environment starts with each of us. Being an active bystander means speaking up when you see discrimination, offering support to those who need it, and promoting a culture of respect.

How can you make a difference?  

1️⃣ Stay Informed: Learn about the experiences and challenges of LGBTIQ+ individuals. Knowledge is power!  
2️⃣ Challenge Stereotypes: If you hear harmful or heteronormative comments, step in with understanding and respect.  
3️⃣ Offer Support: Stand by those who experience discrimination—whether by listening, providing resources, or offering to help report incidents.

Every action counts! Let’s work together to create a campus where everyone feels valued and respected. 🌍💙

This week, we celebrate Asexual Awareness Week, a time to acknowledge and uplift the asexual community. At Inclusies, we recognize the importance of inclusivity and acceptance for everyone, regardless of sexual orientation. 

Let’s come together to raise awareness, educate ourselves, and promote understanding of asexuality as a valid identity. Everyone deserves to feel seen and valued in our academic environments and beyond.
