Μέχρι πού μπορεί να φτάσει ο κινεζικός ωκεανογραφικός ερευνητικός στόλος;

Μια κοινή έρευνα των Mongabay και CNN αποκάλυψε ότι τα πλοία του κινεζικού ερευνητικού στόλου, κατά τη διάρκεια εξορύξεων βαθέων υδάτων, επισκέπτονταν κινεζικές ναυτικές βάσεις, απενεργοποιούσαν τα συστήματα Αυτόματης Αναγνώρισης και εισέρχονταν σε AOΖ άλλων χωρών.

How far can China’s oceanographic research fleet go?

Σύμφωνα με τον Παγκόσμιο Δείκτη Ελευθερίας του Τύπου των Δημοσιογράφων Χωρίς Σύνορα (RSF) για το 2026, ο μέσος όρος της βαθμολογίας των 180 χωρών που εξετάζονται βρίσκεται στο χαμηλότερο επίπεδο από το 2001.

Το ποσοστό του παγκόσμιου πληθυσμού που ζει σε χώρες όπου η ελευθερία του Τύπου χαρακτηρίζεται ως «καλή» έχει μειωθεί δραματικά από 20% το 2002 σε λιγότερο από 1% το 2026.

H Ελλάδα από το 2022 παραμένει η χώρα με τη χαμηλότερη βαθμολογία ανάμεσα στα κράτη της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης.

According to the 2026 World Press Freedom Index by Reporters sans frontières / Reporters Without Borders / RSF, the average score of the 180 countries examined is at its lowest level since 2001.

The percentage of the global population living in countries where press freedom is rated “good” has dropped dramatically from 20% in 2002 to less than 1% in 2026.

Since 2022, Greece has remained the lowest-ranked country among European Union member states.
