WE LEAD is a nonprofit organization founded by Libra Group in 2023 to create a pathway for women* to reach leadership positions. Starting with the technology sector, one of Greece’s

fastest-growing industries and the driving force behind all changes around us, WE LEAD offers participants essential business and tech skills development, mentorship, job opportunities, and networking, aiming to create equal opportunities for women to shape the future of technology.

*By “women” we refer to any individual who self-identifies as a woman, including cis-gendered and transgender women

✨ A day filled with powerful ideas, meaningful connections, and conversations that matter!

On July 11, WE LEAD joined TED x Deree ACG 2026 at Deree - The American College of Greece as a Community Partner. Throughout the event, we welcomed attendees to our booth and connected with people who share our vision for a more inclusive world.

As part of the event, Anastasia Andrikou, Community & Marketing Associate at WE LEAD, facilitated our interactive workshop, “Discover Allyship – Building a World Where Everyone Feels Safe and Valued.” Together, we explored how everyday actions, intentional choices, and the courage to use our voices can help create spaces where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued.

Because allyship is not just a title - it is something we practice, one action at a time. 💚
