Time flies! Our Software Testing Bootcamp has officially come to an end, wrapping up a journey that challenged, shaped, and elevated every participant 🚀

It was a hands-on, fast-paced program where participants stepped into the world of quality assurance, learned to think like testers, and tackled real-life scenarios that pushed their problem-solving skills forward.

🎉 Congratulations to all our for completing this journey! Your dedication, consistency, and growth truly stood out. And it wasn’t an easy ride: more than 80 hours of technical learning, additional human skills training, deep-dive Q&As with industry experts from Ministry of Testing Athens and WeTest.Athens, an energizing hackathon, and many more experiences truly shaped them into future-ready tech professionals.

A huge thank you goes to our partner Code.Hub for making this program possible and supporting every step of the way, and to our amazing instructors, who shared their knowledge, patience, and real industry insight throughout the bootcamp 📚

Beyond Q&As, technical training, and hands-on learning, one element remains essential: the right mindset.

For our final session, Pallavi Sidhra, Business Leader Coach, guided our Software Testing Bootcamp graduates through “Navigating a Career Change”, a topic that couldn’t be more relevant.

Whether transitioning from a different field or taking their very first steps in Software Testing, understanding how to navigate change is key.

Confidence matters just as much as a well-crafted CV. 💼✨

Starting a new career path can feel overwhelming, and lack of confidence often becomes the biggest barrier to taking that first step.

On Day 3 of our Career Week, Ioanna Apostolakou, Career Coach at Elevate Your Future and with an MSc Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, joined our Software Testing Bootcamp graduates to share practical, step-by-step guidance on building confidence from the ground up, using coaching techniques.

Her session, “Building Confidence When You’re Starting From Zero” was a highlight of the Career Week for our , following two days of workshops and meaningful conversations with industry experts.

Key takeaways worth remembering:
✔️ Accept your anxiety - it has something to teach you
✔️ Be kind to yourself - speak as you would to a close friend
✔️ You will never feel 100% ready - there is no perfect timing

These may sound simple, but they’re easy to forget. Confidence is built one step at a time and each step brings you closer to a stronger, more empowered version of yourself. 🚀

3 years ago, we started with one strong belief that technology belongs to everyone.

Today, we have proof: 3 years of WE LEAD. 3 out of 4 graduates working in tech.

Behind that number are women who showed up - some for the first time in a space that never made room for them. Women who learned, who grew, who refused to be left out of the conversation. Women who walked in with a dream and walked out with a career.

This birthday isn’t just ours. It belongs to every single one of them - to every journey, every challenge, every breakthrough. And of course, to all the partners, volunteers, and friends who stand with us, support us, and help make this impact possible.

Being a QA is not just about tools, frameworks, or processes. 🧠
It’s about how you think, communicate, and show up inside a team.

That mindset was at the center of a Career Week session with Novibet, our Enhanced Hiring Partner, where Software Testing Bootcamp graduates got a closer look at what it really means to work effectively as a QA in an engineering environment.

Led by Ioannis Moraitis, Director of Engineering at Novibet, the session moved beyond theory and into real workplace reality, offering real-life examples and practical tips drawn directly from everyday QA work.

Instead of focusing only on processes and tools, the conversation zoomed in on the human side of quality assurance: how you communicate issues, how well you understand the product, and how consistently you approach problems with curiosity and critical thinking.

For many participants, the key takeaway wasn’t a technique. It was a shift in perspective.

During our Career Week, Deloitte Greece joined us again for an interactive Q&A session with Domniki Kavatziki, Head of DACC HR & Talent, and Maria Chamali, Assistant HR Manager.

From navigating the hiring process to building a strong profile and growing a professional network, our didn’t hold back. The conversation quickly turned into a meaningful exchange, with real insights, practical advice, and plenty of “aha” moments.

During Career Week, our had the opportunity to attend a workshop by Netcompany, our Tech Stream Partner and #1 IT company in Greece, and gain practical insights directly from industry experts.

👉 This session was all about ‘The tech hiring process: From CV to offer (or rejection)’, delivered by Eleni Sariannidou, Senior Professional Talent Acquisition at Netcompany.

From building an effective CV, to navigating applications, preparing for HR & technical interviews, and understanding what comes next, the session walked participants through the full journey, step by step. 🙌
