🌈 A key ACTIVEAID milestone: Deliverable D4.1 has been completed
Socialinnov is pleased to share the completion of Deliverable D4.1, which consolidates the implementation and evaluation of the ACTIVEAID WP4 training programme for healthcare professionals and employers/HR professionals across Greece, Cyprus, Ireland, Lithuania and Spain.
Through the collaborative work of the ACTIVEAID consortium, the programme reached 589 participants:
👩⚕️ 289 participants in the healthcare track
💼 300 participants in the employers and HR track
The training activities supported participants in translating inclusion into everyday professional practice, addressing topics such as:
• understanding trans and intersex identities
• respectful and inclusive communication
• legal and ethical responsibilities
• inclusive healthcare, recruitment and onboarding
• practical action planning and organisational change
The feedback received demonstrated strong learning outcomes and practical relevance. Across the session-level evaluation results:

Participants particularly valued the practical examples, lived-experience perspectives, inclusive communication guidance, legal and ethical content, and case-based discussions.
This achievement reflects the contribution of all ACTIVEAID partners: SOMOS LGTB+ de Aragón, Lietuvos Gėjų Lyga, Prolepsis Institute, University College Dublin, Socialinnov, Wisefour, Solidaridad Sin Fronteras and Instituto Ikigai , as well as everyone who facilitated, supported and participated in the training activities.
As WP4 lead, Socialinnov coordinated the consolidation of the training results into D4.1.
The next step is to transform good practices and participant experiences into public success stories through Deliverable D4.2.
