The experience of Dimitra from the project “Small communities United for well-being”
My participation in the “Small communities united for wellbeing” project was vital to me. Through that, I have gained a better understanding of the factors that contribute in the development of a healthy small community. The people I met during this project helped me develop my communication skills. The conversations we shared widened my horizons in terms of living in small communities around the world. The different perspectives of the participants gave me a truly layered understanding of the project’s objectives. I’m grateful for the friendships I made and the knowledge I attained during this project. ODEN

The Experience of Ifigeneia from the project “Small communities United for well-being”
Taking part in this Youth Exchange was a really special experience for me. It helped me understand wellbeing from different perspectives and made me reflect more on how people in small communities deal with everyday challenges. Through the activities and discussions, I became more aware of how important it is to support each other and create safe spaces where people feel heard and valued. What made the experience even more meaningful were the people I met there. In a very short time we managed to build a sense of trust and openness, sharing ideas, stories and different points of view. It was inspiring to be surrounded by people who were respectful and willing to learn from one another. I left the project not only with new knowledge, but also with connections and memories that I cherish forever! ODEN

The experience of Giorgos from the project “Small communities United for well-being”
SCUFWB was a highly valuable project for me. The program took place in Romania and gave me the opportunity to gain important knowledge about wellbeing and become more aware of the problems faced by small communities. During the program, I improved my ability to approach problems in a structured way and search for effective solutions. At the same time, it helped me develop skills that are directly connected to my studies in electrical engineering, where analytical thinking and problem-solving are essential. In addition, the program created an environment that encouraged open dialogue among participants from different backgrounds, and I was able to build strong connections within a short period of time. The experience of Katerina from the project “Small communities United for well-being”
I feel very grateful to have taken part in this Erasmus+ Youth Exchange in Romania. It was a beautiful experience where I met amazing people from all the participating countries and made many new friends. Even though it was very cold and snowy, the atmosphere was always warm thanks to everyone’s positive energy. Through the activities and discussions about “Small Communities United for Well-Being”, we shared ideas, cultures, and experiences. I feel very lucky to have been part of this project with such wonderful people, and we have already made plans to meet again in the coming months. ODEN

The experience of Dimitris from the project “Small communities united For Well-Being”
SCUFWB was one of the most important experiences of my life. In the program I learned many important things about wellbeing which will undoubtedly be useful to me in my life. The activities gave me the opportunity to learn more information about the subject, which resulted in my awareness of the problems faced by small communities. Last but not least I came into contact with open-minded and very good people, who were willing to listen to your opinions. Thus I created deep relationships in a short period of time which I believe will continue for the future. I am grateful for this experience.
