We are pleased to announce the following job openings for motivated individuals:

2.3 Janitors
3. 1 Spare Driver
4. 1 Spare Janitor
Job Description for Drivers:
- Each driver will be responsible for operating a tricycle to collect solid waste directly from households.
- Drivers will be accompanied by a Janitor who will assist with the loading and storage of solid waste.
Job Description for Janitors:
- Each Janitor will work alongside a tricycle driver during solid waste collection.
- It is the Janitor’s responsibility to ensure that waste is collected separately and transported safely to the community transfer station.
- A record of collection must be maintained in a standardized and transparent manner.
- Janitors will also support the sale of sorted waste to recycling companies.
Selection Criteria:
We encourage applications from individuals aged 18-35, particularly returnees, to apply.
Compensation:
- Basic Salary:D6,500 per month
- Performance Bonus: D1,500 based on the number of households successfully served
- Working Hours: 9 AM - 4 PM
- Daily Allowance: D60 per day for transport
