Free Mind organisation is a non-profit and a charitable organisation which was founded in The Gambia 2012. Its aim is to enhance professionalism, building-capacity and to help promote the health and arts sectors as well as creating job opportunities for livelihood in connection with the individuals or groups choice of interests. The primary objectives and purposes of this foundation include “Reiki

”-a Japanese relaxation technique (an alternative health therapy) and other progressive practices that which are relevant for development in every society. The Free Mind Organisation as the name bears-relates and supports the UN declaration on development passed by way of a resolution in December 1986, which gives all people the right to develop. However, Free Mind Organisation in its strive to champion a sensitive and vibrant position like others as to compliment Governments efforts, has beside other programmes and projects promoted at the moment two music books, a Reiki health centre and a backyard garden.. This is to sensitise the populace with regard to the importance of social reformation and action. Therefore by adding value to their activities connected to development, is our concern. This is to create awareness that shall bring progress and peaceful co-existence among many with respect to humanity for our common good.
