Another Giant Chocolate Tombola success!

Thank you to the Monday Club, who kindly invited us to report on our last trip to Gambia. It was our pleasure to show images of our last trip and then be joined by my year 6s to entertain everyone with singing and drumming. Thank you so much for the retiring collection, which will go straight into our funds for next year. 🇬🇲

This is so heartwarming to see…..
Since our visit and discussions in March with the headmaster and staff of Banjulinding Lower Basic school, our small donation was used to start a fund, supported and grown by parents, resulting in a fabulous school trip to visit Gambia National Assembly, the National museum, Tanjai fish landing site, the reptile farm and katong folongo. Small steps; building for their future.😊🇬🇲

A drive out to see friends in Des Lamin today and on the way back, we picked up a new fridge/freezer for Jabang health centre- something on their wish list. Getting it on the jeep was interesting 🥴👍but a job well done.🌟
