As we continue our Staff appreciation, today we feature our own hon. Jabou Sisawo. She coordinates our Youth Safe Space (YSS) and community-based activities where she facilitates inclusive sessions with adolescent girls and boys by creating opportunities for them to learn, share, and engage on critical issues such as gender-based violence (GBV), sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), menstrual health and hygiene (MHM) among others.

Bintadembojuju Binta D Bojang, our Program Assistant plays a key role in coordinating the implementation of our programmes and activities, including UN-funded projects and key local initiatives. Her strong relationship building skills has availed us the opportunity to maintain key partnerships through planning, implementing and documenting key programme milestones to promote our shared vision of advancing gender equality.

Mariama Barry is our Finance Manager who plays a critical role in coordinating and effectively ensuring that our finances are responsibly aligned with our overall organisational goals. She works closely with other team members in strengthening accountability systems and delivering value across the project. Her mantra, “strong financial systems, translates to value for money”.

Ms Sariba Badjie is the Senior Program Officer and currently leading our AmplifyChange grant. She turns strategy into action by keeping our work coordinated and meaningful for the communities we serve. She uses her inclusive leadership to work with staff, partners and stakeholders in mobilising resources and strengthening opportunities in advancing gender equality.
