Meet Lamin Sanneh One of our speakers

Dated: 13th May, 2026.

Lamin Sanneh is a respected youth leader, journalist, and community activist from Kafuta Village. He formerly served as the *West Coast Regional Youth Chairperson* and also represented the region at the National Youth Council from 2023 to 2025. Over the years, he has been actively involved in *youth empowerment and community development* across the country.

He has worked with several important initiatives, including the Migrant Media Network (MMN), a German-funded project that promotes informed migration decisions among young people. Lamin also currently manages Kaira Nyining Community Radio, where he uses media to educate, inform, and amplify the voices of youths and communities.

With his experience in youth leadership, journalism, and migration advocacy, Lamin Sanneh is expected to bring meaningful contributions and real-life insight to the *Anti-Irregular Migration Camp Fire Night* discussion.
