As the Berending Cultural Festival President,

I wanted to share our recent experience at the Singapore Cultural Festival held from April 27 to May 6, 2026. During an interview the president express his satisfaction on this great move. Berending Cultural Festival sent a vibrant cultural troupe, known as Kumpo, which not only represented our festival but also showcased the rich heritage of Gambia and Africa as a whole.

As we begin planning for next year’s participation, I would love to gather your thoughts on which cultural troupe we should consider representing us in April 2027. Your insights would be invaluable in ensuring that we continue to shine a spotlight on our culture on the international stage.

This opportunity comes through our valued partners in Singapore, who graciously accepted our request and invited us to showcase our rich cultural heritage on a global stage.
