What a powerful and inspiring session! 🔥

The BJ Academy 3rd Cohort had an engaging and thought-provoking conversation with Mariama Cham, Social Worker, on preventing violence, promoting gender equality and protecting child rights.

From the discussions to the reflections and personal experiences, the energy was unmatched! 🙌🏾And the verdict from the cohort? “One of the best sessions we’ve had!” 💚🔥

This is exactly what BJ Academy is about creating safe spaces where young people can learn, speak, reflect, challenge ideas and grow into confident leaders.

Another powerful session. Another generation empowered. Another step towards a safer and more equal society. ✊🏾🌍

🌍 Empowering Young Climate Champions at BJ Academy!

The second session of our BJ Academy Beach Leadership Session was expertly facilitated by Sulayman Njie, who delivered an engaging and thought-provoking presentation on Climate Education.

Through practical discussions and real-world examples, participants explored the realities of climate change, environmental sustainability, and the critical role young people play in protecting our planet. The session challenged everyone to move beyond awareness and embrace action by becoming responsible environmental stewards within their schools, communities, and beyond.

We sincerely thank Sulayman Njie for sharing his expertise and inspiring our participants to see climate action not just as an environmental responsibility, but as a leadership commitment.

What a Powerful Start to Our Beach Leadership Session!

Our sincere appreciation goes to Mustapha Sonko, Programme Manager at the National Youth Service Scheme (NYSS), for delivering an inspiring and practical session on Public Speaking and Team Management.

Participants gained valuable insights into speaking with confidence, communicating with purpose, and leading teams through trust, collaboration, and effective decision-making. His engaging approach, practical examples, and interactive discussions left everyone motivated to become more impactful leaders in their communities.

Thank you, Mr. Sonko, for investing your time, knowledge, and experience in shaping the next generation of leaders.

The journey continues at BJ Academy, where every session is an opportunity to learn, lead, and grow.
