Today, we honor women and girls across the globe celebrating their strength, resilience, and spirit. It’s a special day to acknowledge the remarkable contributions women make in all areas of life and to highlight the importance of equality, rights, and empowerment for everyone.

Women4health Gambia joined the global community in commemorating the 16 Days of Activism against Gender- Based Violence under the theme, “UNITE to End Digital Violence Against All Women and Girls."

Supported by Asperpol Ongd, young people from different backgrounds came together in a safe space to speak on the theme and to raise awareness about gender-based violence and open dialogue on digital violence.

During the safe space they expressed powerful voices, promoted solidarity, and contributed to the fight against violence targeting women and girls in all spaces, including digital platforms. The activity was both engaging and empowering, combining education and activism.
