Global Welfare Foundation-GLOWEFA

The world is changing fast, and it is important that individuals are empowered to shape what our societies look like in the future. To guarantee this, GLOWEFA’s activities are for the people and by the people.
We believe that “ordinary” people are capable of achieving “extraordinary” things when we work together. The work of this global community is facilitated by the Global Welfare Foundation (GLOWEFA), an independent not-for-profit organization based in The Gambia. GLOWEFA is not a political or religious organization.
Our passion is to break the cycle of poverty and social isolation and to restore hope for a better future. We believe that every person has the right to access resources and opportunities in order to live and develop with dignity and to become an active and contributing member of our society.
