On 25 November 2025, our Communications and Advocacy Officer Kaddy Kombo Saidy joined students for an important conversation on ending digital violence against women and girls. The session formed part of the 16 Days of Activism and highlighted the growing need to protect young women as they navigate online spaces.

At GamCon, we see every day how digital spaces can be misused to harass, stalk, hack or silence women. Digital violence is real, and it affects safety, dignity and freedom.

We remain committed to building a safer online environment through awareness, stronger digital safety practices and community support. No woman should fear logging in, sharing her voice or simply being herself online.

Let’s stand together, support survivors and push for a future where women are protected everywhere, including in our digital world.
