We are an international nonprofit that enables personal and community development through inspiring education and cross-cultural experiences. We host fall and spring semester-long leadership development programs with a cutting-edge curriculum of real-world projects as well as a summer program for high school students at our Sage Centre in Ghana.

In our Summer Leadership Program, students take turns at the front of the room to stress-test their strategies before they ever reach the field.
