Every year, thousands of young people graduate with dreams, qualifications, and ambition; yet many still struggle to access meaningful job opportunities.

The question is no longer just:
“Are there jobs?”

But rather:
“What skills, systems, and strategies are shaping the future of employability?”

At the Health & Wealth Conference ’26, we will engage in a timely and practical conversation with Mr. Louis Komla Kuddu, Head of the Job Centre at the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), as we examine:
