💙 Men’s Mental Health Matters 💙
Many men face stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional struggles in silence due to societal expectations that discourage vulnerability.

To improve men’s mental well-being, we must :
*Normalize open conversations about mental health *Encourage seeking professional support when needed
*Build strong support networks among family and friends *Promote healthy coping strategies such as exercise, rest, and self-care

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month 💙 ! This month, we join the conversation to raise awareness about men's mental health and encourage open, honest discussions about emotional well-being.

Too often, men face pressure to remain silent about their struggles but seeking support is a sign of courage not weakness.

Let's create spaces where men feel seen, heard and supported.

* A simple check-in
*A listening ear or
* A meaningful conversation can make a difference.

Together, we can break the stigma and build a healthier, more compassionate society for all.

Strength is not measured by how much pain you can hide. It is also found in asking for help, sharing your struggles and taking care of your emotional well-being. Every man deserves a safe space to talk, heal and grow. Let us break the silence, challenge stigma and support one another because mental health is health.

“Together for a ”
Since 2019, SheDreams Africa has supported girls through menstrual health education and pad donations. As the years progressed, we also included boys in our sensitization programs to help raise male allies who support, understand, and help break the stigma around menstruation.

Thank you to our volunteers and individuals who have donated over the years for helping us keep girls confident, healthy, and in school.

The celebration may last for a day, but the need continues every day. If you would like to support our ongoing pad donation project, please send your donations via :
