The GYE program is designed to provide young people with the necessary tools and opportunities to improve their lives and also enable them to contribute eff
iciently and effectively to the growth and development of their communities, Ghana and Africa at large. Grow Youth Empowerment is also an evangelistic tool intended to reach out to the world with an effective witness of the loving and saving grace of God through giving and training. GYE seeks to provide vocational training to the youth; thereby assisting men and women to acquire vocational skills such as glazing, masonry, hairdressing, tailoring, carpentry and joinery etc in order to empower them to become self-reliant, productive members of society who are materially sufficient, and self-respecting in various capacities of life focused on God. We also sponsor brilliant students who expresses a very high sense of need. OUR MISSION
The mission of this organization is empowering the youth to acquire skills by giving vocational training, and assisting them to fit into the world of work. This is to assist the youth to be self-dependent both physically and spiritually. OUR VISION

¨ To establish friendly international relations on the basis of inculcating the word of God and exhibiting mutual respect of all peoples through vocational training;
¨ To train the youth to acquire skills in vocations such as tailoring, carpentry and joinery, hairdressing, masonry, glazing, etc.;
¨ To improve & increase literacy rate;
¨ To provide and enhance the welfare of the youth, realizing that the youth’s well-being depends on quality training and the strength of society;
¨ To consider socioeconomic condition which affect the youth;
¨ To reduce unemployment in Ghana and Africa;
¨ To train people to be good stewards, draw people closer to God and teach them to be faithful to God;
¨ To assist the youth to be self-reliant, productive members of society who are materially sufficient, and self-respecting in various capacities of life;
