Voluntary Aid Africa Voluntary Aid Africa (VAA) is a non-profit, and non governmental organisation that arrange volunteer work and internship opportunities in Ghana, Africa.

We are based in Tamale (Northern Ghana), but active in the whole region. Our staff members are richly experienced and have for the past 10 years worked with international volunteer recruitment and work-placement coordination in several grassroots organisations in the area. Together we have succesfuly brought visitors from all over the world to come and participate in our locally initiated community projects and voluntary work programmes.
