🔔 Important Announcement: Closure of TIYUMBA
Dear TIYUMBA Community,
It's with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of TIYUMBA. This decision follows deep reflection, especially considering the loss of our dear friend and project founder, Nestor, 2 years ago. His absence left a void that, despite our best efforts, we struggled to fill.
Over the past year, we explored options to continue TIYUMBA without Nestor. Despite initial promises with support from his loved ones, logistical challenges led to this difficult decision.
While TIYUMBA closes, our passion for children's education remains strong. We may pursue new projects or collaborations in the future, drawing inspiration from the incredible support for TIYUMBA and Nestor's enduring spirit.
We're immensely grateful for your support for the last 7 years. Your contributions made it possible.
Our page and fundraising website (Education for Kids in Ghana, https://gofund.me/71446120) will serve as lasting tribute. Though we won't accept further donations, feel free to reach out for insights or ideas to revive the project.
