Asante Nkabom Association - Tamale

Asante Nkabom Association - Tamale Asante Nkabom Kuo is an association (kuo) made up of eight sub associations. There is Executive Council that runs the day to day administration of the Kuo.

The sub associations are Atwima, Nsuta, Kwabre, Amansie, Adansi, Juabeng Sekyere, Asante Akyem and Mamapong Kroye Kuos. Members of the Kuo are drawn from citizens from Ashanti Region who reside in and around Tamale. The association came together to foster unity, support one another and familiarize ourselves. Asante Nkabom Kuo in line with the culture and traditions of Asante Kingdom has a Chief as

the head supported by the Queenmother with Elders (Patrons). It is made up of Chairman, Vice Chairman Secretary,
and other elected officers. The newly installed chief is known as Nana Kwaku Oppong Kyekyeku Kaayire. The queenmother is Nana Akua Kwartemaa Nyarko
