As the world celebrate the Girl Child on this year's International Day of the girl child we at Healthy Cities for Adolescents Network - Ghana. HCA Network - Gh like to add our voice to the call to increase funding for the rights, leadership and well-being of the girl child. The rights if the girl child such as education, health, shelter, food and inclusion must be catered for no matter where these girls are. Challenges such as early marriage, teenage pregnancy, unsafe abortion, school drop out, drug and substance abuse and many others must be eradicated to allow the girl child to grow and develop to their fullest potential.
