📌 Organisational Strengthening – CSSF Phase One 2025

Last year, as part of the CSSF Phase One programme, NNCF staff and management participated in a vital session facilitated by Dr. Alhassan Musah. The focus was on the development and dissemination of organisational policies, ensuring that our team is equipped with the right frameworks to guide operations, accountability, and sustainability.

📑 This engagement allowed staff to deepen their understanding of safeguarding, governance, financial management, and communication policies — laying the foundation for stronger systems and donor confidence.

📢🌍 NNCF on the Move – CSSF 2025

As part of the CSSF 2025 programme, the Northern Needy Child Foundation (NNCF) toured partner organisations to strengthen collaboration and visibility. One of our key stops was at the Northern Girls Initiative in Tamale Central, where our team presented an official invitation letter.
