We are proud to mark this milestone with the birth of the first baby in the unit.

We are delighted to announce that we have reached the £20,000 target needed to rebuild the storm damaged huts. We are so grateful to everyone who has supported and prayed for The King's Village.

The team in Ghana have already started work on the huts, and hope to fully resume all Nutrition Centre services as soon as possible. In the interim, extra community visits are being coordinated, but we know that in-patient care at the Nutrition Centre is the most effective for vulnerable and malnourished children.

"[Last week] we stood in fear...and we could no longer have these vulnerable children at the centre. We never anticipated a swift rebuild, but you, our partners, made it possible." - Portia, Head of Nutrition at The King's Village

Emergency Appeal for the Nutrition Centre

The King's Village Nutrition Centre has saved the lives of over 12,000 malnourished children and it is one of only two Nutrition Centres in Ghana.

A freak storm has destroyed the huts that house mothers and in-patient children. Thankfully, no lives were lost — but much of the critical care at our Nutrition Centre is now on hold.

We need £20,000 to restore and fully re-open. Thanks to a generous donor, every pound you give will be doubled through match funding — up to £10,000.

Please visit this link to donate towards restoring this life-saving care. https://donorbox.org/nutrition-centre-emergency-appeal
