h setting up their individual viable/profitable micro business to generate income for their families. Our vision and mission are tied to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), adopted by
Governments around the world in September 2000, which created a global vision for reducing extreme poverty. DQF’s focus on women and the youth is underpinned by available statistics about the country, which indicate that; poverty incidence among women as compared to men is always high in poverty-stricken communities. Our focus on the youth as well in our interventions is also driven by the fact that, they are considered as the future generation of the nation and when empowered will enable them to become catalysts of change for improved living conditions in their communities.
