FSA has recognized the need to establish a residential Soccer Academy in Ghana, specifically to cater to the growing population of talented young footballers who lack access to structured training, quality education, and professional development pathways. LETTER OF PROPOSAL

We are pleased to introduce our organization, the FAITH SOCCER ACADEMY (FSA) for your perusal. FSA has recognized the need and has establish a soccer academy in Ghana, purposely to cater for the poor talented soccer players who are at least 8years old and beyond, to help them develop and grow their talents, providing them with accommodation, clothing, and education. This organization will impact benefit areas for underprivileged children and will fulfill our goal of tapping potentials and creating a pathway of professionalism to youth and soccer development in Ghana.. Our objectives are to ensure that, every child recruited into the Academy aside academic work has fun, stays fit, learn life skills and the right techniques and tactics to prepare them for the challenges that exists in the world of soccer to become best soccer players. In seeking to achieve our aims, we request for the support as notably in identified in supporting grassroots football development in the country and also promoting Health and wellness amongst young people. Our key objective is to develop locally talented individuals that will be able to qualify to play in the Ghana Premier League and national teams within the next few years to come. Education We focus on both formal and informal education with much pride as we do in our soccer programs, because we feel an obligatory to use another plan to greatly improve the quality of these young ones lives. We take academy serious, in addition to academic works; we regularly invite spears from various organizations to join us for pertinent issues such as HIV/AIDS, personal hygiene, substance abuse, moral education, etc. We encourage the children to speak as much English any time they speak to themselves. Soccer Development The academy has a development program in place to encourage each player to reach his full potential, through the development phase, improving upon tactics and technical abilities. We ensure that all players integrate into our programs, preparing them for the challenges that exist in a competitive world of soccer. We do this with a good mix of technology to teach modern soccer in structured guidance of well experienced coaches and instructors from Ghana. Alongside with volunteers adding up their expertise and enthusiasm, the children are able to look at the coaches and volunteers as positive role model and mentors in a safe environment for learning. Our training sessions takes place after school and weekend. Objectives
• Provide the best talented players with a full residential scholarship, giving them professional soccer training, clothing, education and fun
• To create a pathway of professionalism into youth soccer development in Ghana, offering a unique opportunity for young people to progress and potentially become first team players and future leaders. VISION To transform lives and develop future leaders, the future of every country and its related society lies in the youthful population.
